Introduction :: Photo and profile approval process:
|

To become an active member of our site, (where your profile will be searchable and viewable by others), you must have your profile approved. Simply click on the “edit your profile” link, and go in and modify your profile as you see fit. Once you exit the site, your profile will be queued for approval/denial. Profiles must not have any contact information in them, or they will be denied, and not visible to other members. This includes email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, coded email addresses, suggestions like “at the hotplace” etc. Your profile will be rejected if it has any one of those items. A live person reviews all profiles. Your profile (on average) will be approved within 24 hours, or sooner.

Introduction :: Purchasing A Premium Membership.
|
For any member (male or female) to email (or read messages from) a female member, they must become a premium member. (Note: Female members can respond to premium members whether or not they themselves are premium).
To get to the payment screen you can click on the "Update your subscription" link from the home page, or you will be taken to this page when you try and email a member. We take credit cards through our reputable billing service 2checkout.com. Your credit card bill will say "2CO*MPLLC". Your account is set to premium immediately upon payment at 2checkout. We also accept Money Orders.

How-To :: How do I remove a profile / account or stop recurring billing.
|
To stop rebilling: You Do Not Have to Delete Your Profile: If you paid by credit card, you simply need to send an email to support@marriedsecrets.com with name on card, and the email used at time of payment at our billing service, and your user name at the site. Simply state that you would like to have your rebilling stopped. (Note: if you haven't paid to use this site, or did not pay by credit card you do not need to do this step).
To Delete your profile: Please login and go to the "my tools" account section, as you can cancel (delete) your profile there. You can also "hide" your profile, in case you'd like to keep your profile, but do not want to have an active account right now. Please note that deleting your profile without emailing support, will NOT automatically stop recurring billing (only an issue, if you have paid for recurring billing).

How-To :: How do I manage photos (upload or delete)
|
To Upload your photo: To add (upload) photos, simply click on the “add / edit photos” button. This button appears when you are at your “home” page, or from the “My Profile” page. Once you click that link you are taken to the upload photo screen. Here you simply click the upload button and you will then be asked to browse to the folder on your computer where the photo you want to upload is located.
IMPORTANT: If you want to upload a password protection photo, you must supply the password of your choice in the password box, and make sure you click the “Password protect this photo?” box as well. All pictures (on average) will be approved or denied within 24 hours or less.
To Remove a photo: Simply click on the corresponding “remove” button under the photo you want deleted. Photos must be in a .jpg or .png format. Please Note: We do not allow any nudity of any kind. Our site advertises with upscale and quality publications etc., in order to find you quality people in which to date, and they do not allow advertisers with nude (pornographic) images on their site. Also, pictures that are of multiple people are not allowed. Due to the nature of our site, pictures showing multiple people will also be disapproved.

sending that to us. Here are the options for "one-time" payment:

Any other amounts will be pro-rated at $2.50 a day, so please do not
send in anything but 3 or 6 month Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. |
